Rochester, NY (New York) — Mindex, a leader in innovative software solutions for the K-12 education sector, is excited to announce the acquisition of ClearTrack and RTI Edge, powerful tools for Special Education (SPED) Management and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), from BROOME-TIOGA BOCES. This acquisition complements Mindex's existing portfolio, which includes SchoolTool®, Advanced Analytics™, and the Mindex Integration Platform™. The combined power of these products will provide Mindex customers with a fully integrated, seamless solution.

Many current Mindex customers already benefit from using both ClearTrack, RTI Edge, and SchoolTool. By bringing ClearTrack and RTI Edge into the Mindex family, even more value will be created through enhanced integrations across their suite of products. This will allow districts to manage data more efficiently and gain deeper insights through the robust analytics and reporting capabilities Mindex has built.

For customers who do not use SchoolTool, Mindex is committed to continuing ClearTrack and RTI Edge's development and supporting its future. Their investment into ClearTrack and RTI Edge's feature set will focus on current customer needs while also enhancing the product to stay at the forefront of SPED and MTSS.

"We are thrilled to bring ClearTrack and RTI Edge into our portfolio. By integrating it with SchoolTool, we will offer districts a powerful, unified solution. For non-SchoolTool users, we are equally committed to enhancing ClearTrack and RTI Edge and supporting its continued growth," said Marc C Fiore, President of Mindex.

BROOME-TIOGA BOCES, ClearTrack, and RTI Edge's previous owner selected Mindex as the best steward of the product moving forward.

“We are proud of the legacy we’ve built with ClearTrack and RTI Edge, tools that have served our school districts by streamlining critical processes in special education management and student support,” BT-BOCES Superintendent Dr. Rebecca Stone said.  “In Mindex, we have found a partner who shares our vision of excellence and innovation in education technology. Their proven track record and commitment to the education sector give us great confidence that ClearTrack and RTI Edge will continue to thrive and evolve under their stewardship, ensuring our districts continue to benefit from these essential tools. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this acquisition will have on schools and students across New York and beyond.”

As Mindex embarks on this new chapter with ClearTrack and RTI Edge, the company looks forward to continuing its commitment to delivering best-in-class software solutions that empower schools and districts to succeed.
