SchoolTool Community

Through our online community forum and virtual, hybrid, and in-person user group events, we aim to build connections between districts, RICs, educators, administrators, and K-12 stakeholders, while giving customers and partners a voice to make meaningful contributions to the SchoolTool product.

Community Forum

Our community forum encourages dialogue and discussion by offering a supportive, collaborative space where customers that are directly supported by Mindex can post questions, share and vote on ideas, and connect with like-minded professionals. They can also watch educational and technical videos and access our knowledge base of useful articles.

As part of our training subscription, districts are able to access training forums and have direct contact with SchoolTool trainers. 

In-App Help

SchoolTool provides documentation and tutorial videos that offer relevant how-to information for users.

For example, teachers can access instructional videos on the spot if they need help taking attendance, setting up grade books, submitting grades, adding discipline information, and more.

Offered both live and on demand, our SchoolTool trainers share their expertise to help end users get the most out of their SchoolTool experience.

For those in technical or non-technical roles, our open webinars help users gain an overall understanding of SchoolTool and how to utilize it to be more effective in their specific role.
