ALL-RIC Conference Highlights SchoolTool and RIC Partners' Collaborative Efforts

We just wrapped up an amazing two-day ALL-RIC conference! It was a fantastic chance to collaborate with RIC partners from all over the state and share the latest updates on SchoolTool - NY State's top K-12 Student Management System. We had many RIC partners join us in person in Rochester, NY, as well as virtually from all over the state.

Our conference kicked off with an awesome presentation from Michael Terzis, our VP of SchoolTool. He gave us a sneak peek of what's coming up for SchoolTool in the next year. We're super excited to keep investing in our product and our people. In fact, 75% of our teams have been focused on refactoring efforts over the past year. We can't wait to roll out some new features very soon and keep making SchoolTool the best it can be!

Unpacking SchoolTool ALL-RIC Sessions

Our attendees had a fantastic time at SchoolTool's interactive sessions! They got hands-on experience exploring our Integrations, Advanced Analytics, and Gradebook. We even gave them a sneak peek of our upcoming dashboards. Plus, they tested our newly improved gradebook, designed by teachers for teachers. We appreciate the feedback from attendees and will use it to improve our services.

During our shorter sessions, we covered exciting topics like Registration & Transfers, Attendance, BOCES, Security, Graduation Requirements, and had a Service Delivery Soiree. It was an enjoyable and informative experience for everyone involved.

Special Recognitions

We also took a moment and celebrated our retiring RIC partners and our very own #ROCstar Cheryl Kuberka. They have all made amazing contributions to Schooltool and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors!

What SchoolTool Users Can Expect in the Coming Months

We have some new features and updates coming your way in the next few months. Don't fret, though – if you subscribe to our blog, you'll be among the first to hear about all the latest happenings here at SchoolTool.

We're officially OneRoster certified and a Google for Education Build Partner, with an approved Product Integration for SchoolTool. In the future, we'll be improving our Google Integration as we update our gradebook. And we're pumped to create even more partnerships in the near future. Keep an eye out for updates!

SchoolTool Gradebook is coming soon, and our training team is preparing helpful sessions and short videos that will be available. To learn more about what to expect from our grade book, visit our latest gradebook blog post.

Our Advanced Analytics solutions will be available this July. This means you can create custom dashboards quickly and easily. Stay tuned for more information.
